Reach4 is rolling out a new program to increase our indigenous employee numbers. The fundamental goal of the program is to improve Indigenous life outcomes through collaboration with and support of our Indigenous candidates. By connecting with Indigenous training and employment organisations, Reach4 is hopeful and confident we can provide employment for Indigenous Australians to promote a fairer and better future. 

In Australia, the statistics regarding Indigenous employment and income are alarming, with the disadvantages many Indigenous people face resulting in lower levels of employment when compared to their non-Indigenous counterparts. As a recruitment company Reach4 has a responsibility to play its part in improving outcomes for Indigenous Australians. Employment has been shown to improve circumstances beyond just financial with both social and personal outcomes improved. Through a supportive and holistic approach to our Indigenous employment, we hope to provide lasting employment for Indigenous Australians to create meaningful change.
